Best Presentation Award – RNIME-25

In order to encourage excellence in scientific communication and to highlight high-quality research contributions, the Scientific Committee of RNIME-25 is pleased to announce that a Best Presentation Award will be granted at the end of the event.

This distinction aims to recognize outstanding work presented during the sessions and to promote rigorous, innovative, and impactful research within the fields covered by the conference.

Evaluation Criteria

All presentations will be evaluated by a panel of academic and industrial experts according to the following criteria:

• Scientific Quality and Rigor
  • Clarity of the research problem
  • Soundness of the methodology and experimental design
  • Relevance and originality of the results
• Innovation and Contribution to the Field
  • Novelty of the approach
  • Potential for industrial or socio-economic impact
  • Alignment with the themes of RNIM-25
• Quality of Oral Presentation
  • Structure, clarity, and coherence of the talk
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
  • Time management and logical flow
• Quality of Visual Support
  • Readability, design, and scientific adequacy of slides or poster
  • Appropriate use of figures, tables, and references
• Engagement and Response to Questions
  • Precision and depth in answering audience questions
  • Ability to justify methodological choices and interpretations
  • Demonstration of mastery of the subject

Award Announcement

The winner will be announced during the closing session of RNIME-25 and will receive an official certificate of excellence, along with a symbolic prize recognizing their outstanding contribution.
